Holistic Well-Being Framework comprises of simple steps which triggers the mind, raise the consciousness level and help the practitioner to be better aware of their mental and emotional state of being. The continuous practice, initially under guided supervision, followed by support from co-practitioners and group members help the individuals to SHIFT the mindset, change the patters and adopt new positive and healthier / happier habits for self-transformation.
The Holistic Well-Being Framework Practitioners will be able to Know, Learn, Understand and Apply the Authentic Tips and Tasks to:
- Understand the importance of focusing on their health and well-being at work in order to reduce health issues and the implications they have on the working environment eg workplace stress, non-alignment with co-workers and other emotional issues.
- Adapt the healthier, happier and harmonious approach and think rationally and positively about difficult issues. The Positive and Holistic approach applied through basic techniques helps to improve their emotional, social, mental and physical well-being.
- Shift the chain of thoughts to avoiding change to how to change by being focused on holistic wellness is beneficial for both the individual and the organisation plus the extended family members / vendors and assoociates.
Holistic Well-being is an active process through which people become aware of, and make conscious choices toward, a more joyful, harmonious existence. The authentic framework coax and help participants tap into practical approach, raising their awareness of emotional and mental wellness issues and encourage them to practice simple steps for continuous improvement in the mental and physical health of themselves and those around them, specially during the times of crisis or while facing challenges in life and/or at workplace
